We collect the minimum amount of information needed to run PredictWire and improve our content. This page explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect
- Email address: when you subscribe to the PredictWire newsletter. We use this only to send the newsletter and service-related messages. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
- Usage data: standard server logs (IP, user agent, referer, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider for security and performance. These are retained for a reasonable period and not sold.
- Analytics: if we enable Google Analytics or a similar tool in the future, that will be disclosed here.
- Affiliate clicks: when you click an outbound link to Kalshi or Polymarket, those platforms’ cookies may be set. Their privacy policies govern what they do with that data.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell or rent your email address.
- We do not share your subscriber data with advertisers.
- We do not run third-party ad tracking on the site.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@predictwire.com with any request and we will respond within 30 days.
